The Trailer

Right now I am setting up this trailer for my 15c. I am doing this trailer as
an over kill on how the boat sets on it. The boat will be setting on
two beams runners and a tunnel support made up of 2 X 6's.  The reason for a
Laser line straight trailer is that I am going to rebuild the hull on the trailer.
When I take the coring out the boat  it will become very flexible. I am planning
on the runners for the support of the hull. Another reason is I might need to move
it around when I glass it. I might need to move it into the sun to help the glass kick if it
gets cold this winter. The sponson pads will be cut back once the trailer is made
ready for the finished boat. This trailer weighed in at over 800 pounds when I got it, we
will see what it weighs when done. I shortened it 53 inches. I still need to move the axle
forward and put a removable tongue on it. Need to keep the overall length short
as possible to take up the least amount of space in the garage.
These photos will take it thru just before the runners are laid.
Enjoy, I know I do when others post their pictures.
