Jack Oxley was one of the McCulloch ( Scott )
team drivers that was very successful in racing.
His many wins in the 1400 PowerCat's with
twin 60 hp Scotts were just the beginning of his
exploits as a driver and designer of high
performance boats and motors. After McCulloch got
out of racing and sold to Chrysler Outboard,
Jack went on to help with Chrysler's racing efforts.
In latter years he helped in the development
of the Chrysler outboard drag hydro that took the
1/4 mile drag unlimited outboard record to
127 mph.

Jack lives near Long Beach, California today
and
still enjoys racing boats, of the R/C type
and still gets his share of the winning !!
